The WOD (Workout Of Day) is performed in a small group class under the direct supervision of our highly trained coaching staff. Classes typically consist of a warm-up, skill work, WOD and mobility. The WOD can last anywhere from a few minutes to 45 minutes depending on the day and program decided upon by our expert programmer. Each athlete will be under close guidance of a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. If you are unfamiliar with CrossFit, you will find out quickly that technique is vital not only for your own safety, but it will maximize your power output through efficient movement. We will make sure that you are performing the movements correctly on a consistent basis before you add in the intensity.
